Mobile Application Developer-Flutter

The Role

We are looking for a talented Lead Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. He will be responsible for not only leading but also for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and has a deep understanding of Flutter and mobile app development best practices and is capable of contributing individually and to also lead a team for delivering results within the stipulated time frame.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter application for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Apply SOLID principles and clean code architecture to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the application.
• Work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations to enhance app functionality.
• Utilize state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) to manage app state effectively.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement complex animations and UI transitions.
• Ensure the app's performance, scalability, and security meet high standards.
• Take part in code reviews, mentorship, and team collaboration to improve development processes and code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter development.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3+ years of experience working with Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
• Experience in state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, clean code architecture, and best development practices.
• Proficient in writing and maintaining unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party services.
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with complex animations and UI transitions in Flutter.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and also lead a team.

Good to Have

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Familiarity with DevOps and mobile app release management.
• Prior experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello.
