Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in mobile technologies, proven leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobile application development for iOS platforms
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and high-performance mobile solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile development teams
• Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Backend, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Review code, manage technical debt, and ensure application security and performance
• Own app deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and release management on App Store and Play Store
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis
• Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate

Technical Skills

Mandatory

• Experience

  in iOS app development.
• Strong proficiency in

  Swift and Objective-C.

• Knowledge of

  SwiftUI, Combine, or Reactive frameworks

  .
• Experience in

  App Store deployment

  and post-launch support.

• SPM (Swift Package Manager)
• Experience with

  Unit and UI testing (XCTest, XCUITest).

• Experience maintaining and enhancing

  legacy iOS applications.

• Familiarity with

  App architecture patterns

  (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).
• Deep understanding of

  Core Data, SQLite

  , and offline data handling.
• Familiarity with

  RESTful APIs, JSON

  , and third-party SDK integrations.
• Strong knowledge of

  Apples Human Interface

  Guidelines

  and App Store submission process.
• Solid understanding of

  Agile/Scrum

  development methodologies.
• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for

  client and team collaboration.

Good to Have

• Experience with Firebase, analytics, push notifications, and crash reporting
• Knowledge of Graphql
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience building SaaS or consumer-scale mobile applications

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven experience leading and mentoring mobile development teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to balance hands-on development with architectural and leadership responsibilities
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Education

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
