MM Coordinator

As a Materials Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling the supply of materials and components to meet production requirements while maintaining minimum safety stock levels. Your role will involve planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating processes for material delivery from suppliers to the point of fit. You will be in charge of day-to-day order management, overseeing deliveries, and taking follow-up actions in cases of material shortages that may impact production. Monitoring the integrity of Bill Of Materials (BOM) and managing inventory accuracy will be crucial aspects of your job. Additionally, you will track inventory levels against agreed target levels, using SAP data for reference. Collaboration with internal teams, particularly Production, and external stakeholders is essential to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production line without causing disruptions. Your role as a Materials Planner will require excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and proficiency in inventory management.
