Role Overview

MLOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain

  end-to-end MLOps pipelines

  for ML model training, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with

  Data Scientists

  to productionize ML models using

  Azure ML

  and

  Azure Databricks

  .
• Develop

  CI/CD pipelines

  for ML workflows using

  Azure DevOps

  ,

  GitHub Actions

  , or

  Jenkins

  .
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using

  IaC tools

  such as

  Terraform

  ,

  ARM templates

  , or

  Bicep

  .
• Monitor and manage deployed models using

  Azure Monitor

  ,

  Application Insights

  , and

  MLflow

  .
• Implement best practices for

  model versioning

  ,

  model registry

  , and

  experiment tracking

  .
• Ensure

  security, compliance

  , and

  cost optimization

  of ML deployments on Azure.
• Collaborate with

  Data Engineers

  Data Scientists

  to streamline ML delivery.
• Set up

  monitoring and alerting

  for model drift, data drift, and performance degradation.

Required Skills

• 11-15 years

  of programming experience with

  Python (mandatory)

  and

  SQL

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  MLOps/DevOps tools

  : MLflow, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS).
• Expertise with

  Azure services

  : Azure ML, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Event Hubs.
• Proficiency in designing

  CI/CD pipelines

  for ML workflows.
• Experience with

  IaC tools

  (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep).
• Knowledge of

  Azure Data Lake

  Blob Storage

  , and

  Synapse Analytics

• Familiarity with

  Azure Monitor

  ,

  Prometheus/Grafana

• Deep understanding of the

  machine learning lifecycle
