This role offers a significant opportunity to influence how businesses operate and make daily decisions. **Responsibilities:** - Analyze a wide range of data (tabular, text, image, etc.) to identify pain-points and provide data-driven insights to clients. - Apply analytical techniques to identify opportunities that align with business goals. - Utilize GCP services to train and deploy off-the-shelf (Vertex AI/AutoML/BQML) or custom models to address clients" business problems. - Act as a thought leader on projects and contribute to key practice initiatives. - Serve as a subject matter expert during pre-sales calls and requests for proposals. - Ensure successful delivery of analytics solutions. - Develop reports and presentations showcasing the value of solutions to clients. - Collaborate with the data science team to establish a center of excellence and create standard operating procedures, accelerators, and sales assets. - Lead the design of technical solutions to meet the business needs of customers and clients by understanding requirements, developing high-level and detailed solution designs, and ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness. - Provide technical leadership in customer and client engagements, assisting in the development and delivery of technical presentations and proposals, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of technical solutions. - Mentor and train junior team members, offering feedback, coaching, and guidance to aid in their technical skill development. **Qualifications:** - 8+ years of experience in data science and 3+ years of relevant architectural experience. - Proficiency in Python programming; knowledge of R is a plus. - Strong SQL Experience. - Essential experience with GenAI in Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Fine-tuning; familiarity with Agentic AI is a bonus. - Knowledge of Data Warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and Synapse. - Experience with version control systems, such as Git/Github. - Experience in Big Data processing frameworks like Spark/Pyspark, Dask, and Hive. - Proficiency in developing Machine Learning models and utilizing Deep Learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, and PyTorch. - Ability to effectively communicate complex technical processes to non-technical business stakeholders. - Experience in developing and maintaining solution design standards and best practices. - Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and deliver quality solutions both independently and within diverse skill set teams. - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. - Experience with Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.,
