Job Title: ITI Supervisor - Mixing Department

Location: Takwe (Pune)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ITI Supervisor to oversee our Mixing Department. As an ITI Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of operators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide the mixing team to achieve production targets

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

- Monitor equipment performance and implement maintenance schedules

- Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes

- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

- ITI qualification in relevant trade (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)

- Proven experience in a supervisory role

- Strong technical knowledge of mixing equipment and processes

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹10,053.59 - ₹26,572.58 per month
