MIS / Trainer

Job Purpose:

The MIS/Trainer will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing management information reports while also conducting training sessions for employees on processes, systems, and compliance. The role ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency, and skill enhancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS (Management Information System):

• Collect, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of data to concerned departments.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring tools.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain records and documentation as per company policies.

Training & Development:

• Conduct induction programs for new joiners.
• Train employees on ERP/software, reporting processes, compliance, and safety protocols.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and manuals.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support departments in upgrading skills through refresher training.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management/Commerce/IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting and training roles (Oil & Gas industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
