Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (with Customer Service knowledge and strong expertise in Advanced Excel)

Job Summary

The MIS Coordinator will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business operations and decision-making. The role requires advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with customer service teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate records of operational and customer service performance metrics.
• Use Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros, etc.) to generate reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends, variances, and process gaps through data analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to gather inputs and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in process automation and improvement initiatives to increase reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS / Reporting, with exposure to customer service functions.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Power Query, Macros).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
