MIS Reporting Executive -Fresher Female

Location: Erode

Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, sharp, and quick-learning MIS Executive to join our start-up team. The candidate should be proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel, with a basic understanding of accounts and console usage. This role involves preparing reports, maintaining records, analyzing data, and supporting the management team with accurate insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Work extensively on Google Sheets & Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards).

Handle basic accounts entries, reconciliations, and financial data tracking.

Generate insights and highlight discrepancies or process gaps to the management team.

Manage internal data across consoles and software platforms.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports shared with management.

Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate data.

Assist in other administrative or operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in Commerce/Management/Statistics/Any discipline.

Technical Skills:

Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Excel.

Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation.

Basic understanding of accounts.

Familiarity with business consoles (ERP/CRM/any software) preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Smart, sharp, and quick learner.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
