Role Overview: As a skilled MIS Reporting Analyst/Specialist in the Operations department, your main responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and present critical business data. You will utilize your expertise to create insightful reports and dashboards primarily using pivot tables and other Excel functions. Your role is crucial in driving informed decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Design and generate reports and dashboards, primarily using pivot tables in Excel. - Present data in a clear and concise manner using charts, graphs, and other visual aids. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with different departments to understand their reporting needs and provide relevant data. - Maintain data integrity and security through effective data management practices. - Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
