Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented MIS Executive with a strong background in insurance operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing data, preparing reports, and supporting operational activities related to insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting

• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Create dashboards and trackers for performance and process monitoring.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports and data entries.

Insurance Process Support

• Handle policy-related data and documentation.
• Support claim processing and reimbursement-related data management.
• Ensure error-free data maintenance for insurance operations.

Error Resolution

• Identify and escalate discrepancies in data, policy, or claim entries.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution of issues.

Communication & Coordination

• Interact with internal teams and clients for data clarification or issue follow-up.
• Respond promptly to email and call-based queries.

Tools & Software

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.) and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or insurance data portals will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS or reporting, preferably in the insurance domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
