MIS Expert & Soft Skill Trainer

SkillSonics India is a NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) partner company. SIPL has offices in Switzerland, South Africa and India. Indian offices are in Bengaluru (HQ), Pune and Kolkata.

We are looking for a multifaceted professional, preferably a female candidate, who excels in data management and soft skills training. The selected candidate will play a key role in a CSR project led by CIE India in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, by ensuring accurate reporting and empowering trainees through communication, workplace readiness, and personality development sessions. Fluency in Marathi is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:1. MIS & Data Management

• Manage and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) for all training and operational activities at the center.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry related to trainee enrollment, attendance, assessments, certifications, and placements.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per NSDC guidelines.
• Liaise with trainers, counselors, and program managers to ensure seamless data flow and compliance.
• Support documentation, audit preparedness, and routine administrative functions.
• Analyse performance data and present insights to improve program outcomes.

2. Soft Skills Training

• Design and deliver interactive, learner-centric training modules focused on:
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and workplace behaviour
• Interview preparation and presentation skills
• Teamwork, confidence building, and professional etiquette
• Conduct engaging classroom sessions and provide individualised feedback.
• Prepare training plans, maintain session reports, attendance sheets, and feedback documentation.
• Collaborate with domain trainers and placement teams to improve trainee employability and readiness for the workforce.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Preference for IT, Education, Psychology, Communication, or HR).
• Certification in Soft Skills Training, Train-the-Trainer (TTT), or similar is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 4–5 years of total professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in data-centric/MIS roles.
• Minimum 2 years in training, teaching, coaching, or facilitation.
• Experience in skill development, vocational education, or government/CSR projects (NSDC) is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, validation, dashboards).
• Experience with MIS tools, databases, and digital platforms for data reporting.
• Comfortable with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and multimedia tools for training delivery.

Language Requirements:

• Marathi – Fluent (spoken and written) – Mandatory
• Hindi – Proficient
• English – Working knowledge
