MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all purchase-related data in the MIS system.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on purchase orders, GRNs, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
• Monitor purchase requisitions, order cycles, and pending approvals to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice matching, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
• Track and report supplier lead times, price variations, and purchase order status.
• Generate cost comparison reports and assist in procurement planning and budgeting.
• Maintain and analyze data related to purchase efficiency, compliance rate, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for management review.
• Ensure accuracy of data across all procurement and inventory reports.
• Assist in audits by providing required data and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Dashboards).
• Proficiency in ERP or procurement software.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
