Job Description

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Compile and analyze sales, service, revenue, expense, and business performance data.
Prepare financial summaries, target-versus-achievement reports, and performance dashboards.
Maintain accurate records and reconcile data received from different departments.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for financial reporting and data validation.
Use Advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, and data validation.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure the accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, CRM, and Accounts teams for data collection and reporting.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
