Role Overview

• Data Management & Reporting:

  Design, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational performance dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker Studio.

• Google Workspace Utilization:

  Leverage advanced Google Sheets functions (QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables) and Apps Script for workflow automation.

• Form & Workflow Setup:

  Build and maintain Google Forms for structured field/operational data collection and link responses to centralized databases.

• Data Cleansing & Validation:

  Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, eliminate duplicates, reconcile discrepancies, and enforce standard naming/storage conventions in Google Drive.

• User Support & Access Control:

  Manage folder permissions, shared drives, and data security controls across departments.

• Cross-Departmental Coordination:

  Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to collect data inputs, resolve reporting issues, and present actionable operational metrics to management.

Requirements & Key Skills

• Technical Skills:

• Advanced Google Sheets (formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, query manipulation).
• Working knowledge of Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) for visualization.
• Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script or JavaScript (preferred for workflow automations).
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Excel as a secondary tool.

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to interpret data trends.

• Communication:

  Clear written and verbal communication for cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Information Technology (B.Sc IT), Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related field.
• Relevant experience (1–4 years) in MIS reporting, data analysis, or back-office operations.
• Certification in Google Workspace, Advanced Excel/Sheets, or Google Data Analytics is a plus.
