Role & responsibilities

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, including DOR, DCR, KM Loss, Trip Loss, and Attendance.
Maintain and ensure the proper functioning and upgrading of IT systems, hardware, software, and Wi-Fi networks.
Reconcile attendance, salary payouts, and staff expenses with Head Office; maintain vouchers and bills and submit records weekly/fortnightly.
Maintain accurate staff and driver records and obtain necessary approvals for new joiners.
Ensure statutory compliance, including EPFO, ESIC, and other government portals.
Maintain and reconcile advance and penalty deduction records monthly.
Ensure compliance with data processing, access control procedures, and company guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have good knowledge of Excel with various formulae applications
