Job Description

Role & responsibilities

manages logistics data, tracks daily operational metrics, and compiles structured reports to support supply chain and warehouse performance

Core Responsibilities

Data Collection & Tracking:
Monitor daily shipments, delivery timelines, and transit or warehouse logs.
MIS Reporting:
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, tracking sheets, and performance metrics for management.
Data Validation:
Audit spreadsheets, clean raw data from internal ERP/logistics systems, and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate with warehouse operators, field executives, and regional managers to resolve service or delivery exceptions.
Dashboard Support:
Build and update tracking dashboards or summary sheets to highlight key performance indicators (KPIs).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, macros) and familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or logistics software/ERP tools.
Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of supply chain, e-commerce fulfillment, or logistics operations.
Education:
Bachelors degree in any stream (Commerce, Computer Applications, IT, or Mathematics preferred).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure reporting deadlines.
