About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong experience in advanced Excel and reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent data handling skills, a minimum typing speed of 45 WPM, and a proven track record of managing MIS tasks that support business decisionmaking and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for various departments.
• Create and automate dashboards and performance trackers using advanced Excel features.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports and MIS deliverables.
• Maintain and update trackers related to attendance, productivity, performance, etc.
• Support in process audits and provide data inputs as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data security norms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in MIS or reporting roles.
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
• Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with other reporting tools (Power BI, Google Sheets, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be comfortable for the night shift (7PM to 4AM)
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
