The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data to support decision-making and operational efficiency. This role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining data accuracy, and providing insights to improve business performance.
1.Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
2.Collect, validate, and organize data from various sources (sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.).
3.Analyse trends, variances, and key performance indicators to support management decisions.
4.Automate recurring reports and improve reporting accuracy through Excel formulas, macros, and dashboards.
5.Coordinate with different departments to ensure data completeness and consistency.
6.Maintain databases and ensure timely updates of records.
7.Generate ad-hoc reports and data analysis on management requests.
8.Present data insights and summaries in PowerPoint or Tableau / Power BI formats.
9.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of business data.
10.Support process improvement initiatives through data-backed recommendations.
3.Good understanding of database management and reporting tools.
4.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
5.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
