MIS Executive Intern

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage databases using Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize formulas, pivot tables, and charts to analyze and present data effectively.
• Develop and automate reports and dashboards to support management in decision-making.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, accountants, and design teams to update and maintain the MIS system.
• Implement process automation using Google Apps Script to streamline data management and reporting workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics, BCA, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel — including Pivot Tables, Slicers, Calculated Fields, and Pivot Charts.
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script for automation and integration.
• Analytical mindset with a strong background in Mathematics or Statistics for data modeling and logical problem-solving.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
• 2–5 years of experience preferred; however, freshers with strong Excel and data skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
