Hiring for

Location-Sector 18, Gurgaon (Haryana)

We are hiring a Executive MIS to manage end-to-end reporting for our BPO processes, create dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support operations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operations and clients.
Develop dashboards, trend analysis, and variance reports for performance tracking.
Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and timely delivery of reports.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
Handle ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Skills:

Advanced Excel & Power Query expertise
Experience with Tableau for dashboard creation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in IT/Statistics/Analytics).
1-7 years of BPO MIS Reporting experience with dashboard creation.

Location- Sector 18, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurgaon (Haryana)

Requirement-1) Minimum 1 year experience in MIS profile.

2) Dialer experience would be preferred.

3) Must have experience in Advanced excel

4) Must have knowledge about APR reports.

Salary 25KCTC To 32KCTC

( No virtual interviews, only face to face)
