Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support and monitor every stage of the production process — from raw materials to finished goods dispatch. The role involves coordination with various departments, maintaining data, and ensuring smooth production flow through regular follow-ups and data tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact between the Production, Purchase, Merchant, QC teams, Factory Manager, Directors, and IT Department.
• Schedule and conduct daily morning meetings to discuss production flow and progress.
• Follow up on each stage of production — from procurement of raw materials to final dispatch.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of production-related issues.
• Maintain and regularly update Google Sheets and Excel dashboards to track production status.
• Use Pivot Tables, filters, and formulas to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Track and follow up on pending tasks with various teams.
• Prepare and maintain checklists to ensure all activities are completed as per schedule.
• Generate and share MIS reports with management on a daily/weekly basis.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.)
• Experience working with Google Sheets

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in an MIS, data coordination, or operations support role.
• Educational background in Commerce (B.Com).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
