MIS Executive

You are a highly skilled MIS Executive with proficiency in using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and optionally Data Studio. Your strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with Tally software will be beneficial in your role. As an MIS Executive, your primary responsibility is to manage and analyze data to provide valuable insights to the management team for decision-making purposes. Your duties include utilizing Google Sheets and Excel to gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources. You will develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. Additionally, generating reports and dashboards using Data Studio (optional) to visualize data in an easily understandable format is part of your role. Collaborating with different departments to understand their data needs and providing customized reports, ensuring data accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations, interpreting data to provide actionable insights, and assisting in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software such as Tally are also key responsibilities. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices related to MIS and data analysis is essential. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Data Studio (optional), strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles and experience with Tally software, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
