MIS Executive

We are seeking a MIS Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience is responsible for managing and analysing data, preparing reports, and supporting various departments with insights for effective decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets, maintaining databases, generating timely reports, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report Generation:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, inventory, operations.

• Data Accuracy & Validation:

Ensure the correctness of data by conducting regular checks, reconciliations, and verifications.

• Inventory & Sales Reconciliation:

Reconcile stock and sales data with actual system entries to detect discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

• Confidential Data Handling:

Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data and ensure access is provided only to authorized personnel.

• Support Management with Ad-hoc Reports:

Generate custom reports and data summaries as requested by management or department heads.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar MIS or data-centric role.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
