Mines Manager – Graphite Project (Alirajpur/Jamli, MP)

Location: Alirajpur/Jamli, Madhya Pradesh
Compensation: Negotiable (based on experience & certification)
Project Stage: Greenfield mine development with beneficiation & expansion

Must-Have Qualifications

• DGMS First Class/Second Class Manager’s Certificate (Metalliferous, Opencast)
• 5–12 years of experience in industrial minerals/mining
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (DGMS/IBM/DMG)
• Exposure to beneficiation processes (screening, flotation) and FC % improvement
• Proven expertise in mine planning, operational control, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Lead opencast mine development (drilling, blasting, excavation)
• Integrate mining & beneficiation operations to optimize FC % and product quality
• Ensure statutory reporting & HSE compliance
• Work closely with geology, survey, and processing teams for smooth operations
• Develop phased mine plans for capacity expansion and ROI improvement
• Manage stakeholder relationships with contractors, community, and regulators
