Job Description

Milling Machine Operations

Milling machine ko operate, set-up, align aur adjust karna.
Precision machining, surface finishing aur component shaping perform karna.
Petroleum equipment ke parts (valves, flanges, pumps, casings, tools) ka accurate machining.

2. Mechanical Fitting & Assembly

Machine components ko assemble, install aur align karna.
Wear-out ya damaged components ko repair/replace karna.
Industrial equipment ka preventive aur corrective maintenance.

3. Petroleum Industry Equipment Handling

Oil & gas machinery ke parts ki measurements, tolerances aur specifications follow karna.
High-pressure lines, drilling equipment, refining plant parts ki machining samajh hona.
Hazardous environment standards ke according kaam karna.

4. Technical Skills

Measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge) ka expert use.
Engineering drawings, 2D/3D diagrams aur tolerances ko read & interpret karna.
Heavy-duty industrial equipment ke operating procedures ki knowledge.

5. Safety & Compliance

Petroleum plant safety protocols aur PPE standards ka strict follow-up.
Emergency shutdown, lock-out/tag-out procedures ka understanding.
