Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Milk Procurement Manager to develop new areas for milk collection centres, strengthen relationships with farmers, and ensure quality milk supply to our processing plant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for rural development and farmer welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new milk collection centres in rural areas

- Conduct village-level meetings with farmers to promote milk procurement

- Provide milk analyser testing knowledge and training to farmers

- Build strong relationships with farmers and local communities

- Ensure quality milk supply to our processing plant

- Monitor milk procurement logistics and transportation

- Collaborate with quality control team for milk testing and quality assurance

- Develop and implement strategies to increase milk procurement and farmer engagement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Dairy Science, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in milk procurement or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel extensively in rural areas

- Knowledge of local language and culture preferred

Desired Skills:

- Experience in dairy industry or milk procurement

- Knowledge of milk testing and quality control

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with rural development and farmer welfare programs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
