Mig Welder/Fabricator

We are looking for a motivated Junior Mig Welder to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for assisting in the welding processes, learning best practices, and contributing to the production of high-quality welded assemblies. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of materials for welding, ensuring all items are cleaned and aligned according to specifications.
• Perform MIG welding operations on various metal types and thicknesses, adhering to established safety and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections of welded joints to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Support senior welders and fabrication team members in complex assembly tasks, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing welding techniques and safety practices.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in welding or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Completion of a welding certification program or technical training is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per month
