Key responsibilities include: - Facilitating communication between project and support teams by leveraging techno-functional expertise - Leading end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from business requirement management to integration, configuration, and production deployment - Assessing the feasibility of change requirements and providing optimal solutions to clients within specified timelines - Offering techno-functional support for all new business implementations, encompassing system building from scratch - Collaborating with solutioning teams on architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation - Understanding and implementing functional and technical designs on the ERP system - Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating products through coding, testing, and production - Translating business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology into ERP solutions - Writing code in adherence to developmental standards and determining implementation methodologies - Providing product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, resolving client queries and technical issues - Developing and deploying automation tools to optimize processes and enhance efficiency - Acting as a liaison between technical and functional project requirements, offering solutions and guidance to clients or internal teams - Supporting on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes and providing off-site assistance Additionally, the role involves skill enhancement and competency building through: - Clearing Wipro exams and internal certifications periodically to upgrade skills - Participating in trainings, seminars, and knowledge enhancement activities within the functional/technical domain - Writing papers, articles, case studies, and publishing them on the intranet Performance parameters are measured based on contributions to customer projects, automation initiatives, and skill advancement. Mandatory skills for this role include WebSphere Admin, and the desired experience range is 8-10 years.
