Middleware Administrator II

You will be part of the Middleware team at NCR VOYIX Corporation, a global leader in digital commerce solutions for retail, restaurant, and banking industries. By transforming store, restaurant, and digital banking experiences through cloud-based services, the company aims to create meaningful consumer interactions and exceptional experiences with leading retailers and financial institutions worldwide. - Manage the operations of Middleware infrastructure environments, ensuring adherence to established procedures and practices. - Provide 24/7 support to clients" middleware systems, monitoring the performance of middleware applications. - Coordinate technology deployment and delivery schedules. - Handle incidents and tasks assigned to the Middleware Team. - Collaborate with business partners to communicate technology capacity related to business priorities. - Engage in technology and product strategies, and support cross-technology process improvement initiatives. - Hold a college degree in a related technical or business area or possess equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware technology, SOA/OSB, and Weblogic. - Solid understanding of technology and business, excellent problem-solving skills, analytical tools knowledge, and a strong focus on quality and customer service.,
