Middle Office Operations Lead, AVP

Role Overview: The Middle Office Operations Lead, AVP position in Bangalore entails providing Trade Services coverage to the Business across the UK and EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include ensuring continued service delivery by offering trade capture, trade allocation, controls, and validation coverage on T0. Additionally, you will have regional franchise responsibilities and potential opportunities to expand to a global role based on performance. You will be based in Pune, report to the India Head of FIC MO Operations, and collaborate with various stakeholders daily. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure seamless trade operations and client satisfaction - Provide support to Front Office, Operations, and other teams with daily issues - Prioritize daily workload to maximize productivity - Partner with multiple stakeholders to drive strategic transformation programs - Manage key metrics in line with agreed targets and risk tolerances - Collaborate with Technology partners for operational efficiencies and control enhancements - Manage risk and control governance for KRIs - Provide People leadership and development of key talent - Act as an escalation channel for the Group's benefit Qualifications Required: - Fluency in English with excellent communication skills - In-depth experience with equity products and global markets - Prior Middle Office Operations experience - Deep knowledge of Middle office roles and responsibilities, controls, and processes - Proven track record in delivering operational excellence and collaboration across teams - Experienced senior professional with global investment bank exposure - Leadership skills to influence multiple stakeholders and manage complex transitions Company Details: Deutsche Bank promotes a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment where employees are empowered to excel together every day.
