Role Overview: As a Mid & Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for leading research initiatives across multiple product areas. Your expertise in user research methodologies will be crucial in applying these methodologies effectively in various domains. You should demonstrate proficiency in a variety of research methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities, will play a significant role in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead research initiatives across multiple product areas - Apply user research methodologies effectively in various domains - Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies - Utilize research tools like User Testing, Lookback, Qualtrics, etc. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Communicate research findings effectively through presentations Qualifications Required: - 4-9 years of experience in UX research - Bachelor's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field - Proficiency in a variety of research methods - Experience with research tools like User Testing, Lookback, Qualtrics, etc. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities,
