Job Title: MS Word Operator (Book Formatting)

Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Work

We are hiring a candidate who knows Microsoft Word very well and can format and set book files in Word.

This is not a writing job and not editing.

Main work is cleaning, setting and making the Word file ready for printing.

Responsibilities

• Format book manuscript in Microsoft Word
• Set heading styles, font, spacing, margins, alignment, and page numbers
• Work on long documents like books, study material, academic content
• Check the file for formatting mistakes and missing pages/parts
• Make sure the file is clean and ready for printing
• Keep files properly saved with correct names and versions
• Follow the instructions given by the office team

Requirements

• Microsoft Word knowledge is compulsory
• Must be careful and do work with patience
• Should be able to do the same type of work daily with accuracy
• Basic English reading is required (to understand instructions)
• Any education background can apply
• Publishing experience is good, but not necessary (training will be given)

Who Can Apply

• Candidates who have done Word work like: typing, formatting, reports, projects, manuals, books, office documents
• Freshers can also apply if Word knowledge is strong
