Were looking for a dynamic MTR Administrator to join our fast-paced, global IT team. Roles & Responsibilities: Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) Management Deploy, configure & support MTR devices globally Monitor device health via Teams Admin Center & Pro Management tools Coordinate with AV vendors for support/escalations Manage firmware, updates, and compliance policies via Intune & M365 Intune & Microsoft 365 Administration Enforce compliance and manage configurations for Teams devices Track inventory, support lifecycle, and generate reports Support collaboration hardware: panels, phones, displays Teams Voice & Telephony Administer Teams Phone System: direct routing, call queues Partner with service providers for voice integrations Troubleshoot voice quality, dial plans, and call issues Required Skills: 6+ years in IT infrastructure / digital workplace roles 3+ years hands-on MTR experience Proficient in Microsoft Intune, M365, Teams Admin Center Knowledge of Teams Voice, Azure AD, Conditional Access PowerShell scripting is a plus Soft Skills: Excellent communication & documentation Proactive, self-starter, and team player Interested?
