Hi all,
We're Hiring: Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) Administrator
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6 - 8 Years
Notice Period: Immediate 15 Days
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure & support MTR devices globally
Monitor device health via Teams Admin Center & Pro Management tools
Coordinate with AV vendors for support/escalations
Enforce compliance and manage configurations for Teams devices
Track inventory, support lifecycle, and generate reports
Support collaboration hardware: panels, phones, displays
Teams Voice & Telephony
Administer Teams Phone System: direct routing, call queues
Partner with service providers for voice integrations
Troubleshoot voice quality, dial plans, and call issues
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Teams Voice, Azure AD, Conditional Access
PowerShell scripting is a plus
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication & documentation
Proactive, self-starter, and team player
