As a Presales Engineer specializing in Microsoft security products, your role is crucial in providing technical support and expertise during the sales process. You will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design customized solutions, and showcase the value of Microsoft security offerings. Key Responsibilities: - **Technical Expertise:** - Provide in-depth knowledge on Microsoft security products like Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Security, and Azure Security Centre. - Stay updated with the latest developments and features in Microsoft security solutions. - **Customer Engagement:** - Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and business challenges. - Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and webinars. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. - **Solution Design:** - Design customized security solutions based on customer needs and industry standards. - Prepare detailed solution proposals with architecture diagrams and integration plans. - **Proof of Concept (PoC):** - Lead PoC activities to demonstrate the benefits of Microsoft security solutions. - Provide technical support during PoC engagements to ensure success. - **Technical Documentation:** - Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution designs and implementation guides. - Create case studies and whitepapers to showcase successful deployments. - **Collaboration:** - Work closely with internal teams for a seamless customer experience. - Provide feedback to product management on customer needs and market trends. Qualifications: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. - **Experience:** 3 years in presales or technical consulting, hands-on experience with Microsoft security products. - **Skills:** Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent presentation skills, proficiency in creating technical documentation, and problem-solving skills. - **Certifications:** Relevant Microsoft certifications highly desirable.
