Job Description

Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Experience: 4- 6 years , Immediate joiner Location Preference: Bangalore / Mumbai Key Responsibilities App & Workflow Development: Design and develop custom business apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows) Data Integration & Management: Integrate Power Platform apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and external systems. Ensure secure and reliable data flow across platforms. Reporting & Dashboarding: Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI Enable real-time analytics and business KPIs for stakeholders. Environment & Governance: Manage environments, data policies, and role-based access. Support ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and version control. Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance and responsiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across flows, apps, or data sources. Collaboration & Support: Work with business users and functional teams to gather requirements. Provide support and training to end-users on Power Platform solutions. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Strong understanding of data connectors, Dataverse, and integration methods Experience with custom connectors, PowerShell, or Azure Functions is a plus. Knowledge of governance, security roles, and access controls within the Power Platform Solid problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities Good to Have: Experience in integrating CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform Exposure to Power Virtual Agents, RPA with Power Automate Desktop Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, PL-600)
