Work Location: Richmond Road, Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Work Timings: 10 AM 4 PM (from office) & 8 PM 11 PM (from home)

Work Mode: 5 days a week (no hybrid or remote)

Microsoft Full Stack Developer

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web and desktop applications for operations across the United States, Caribbean, Pacific, and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Implement secure, high-performance back-end services, APIs, and database solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with industry best practices and internal development standards.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and performance optimization to deliver stable applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance for on-premises and cloud environments (Azure).
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Document system designs, technical specifications, and user guides to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance software development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Proficiency in front-end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, database design, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration with third-party systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
