Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE Developer

We are seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE)Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialise in designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions that address business challenges and optimise customer relationship management processes.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyse requirements, and propose innovative solutions that maximize the value of CRM.

Configure and customize CRM applications to meet client-specific needs, utilising your in-depth technical knowledge and expertise.

Hands on Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM development on customer implementations.

CRM system integration projects with existing systems and services

Assisting CRM development/ deployment processes

Triage CRM implementation support issues at 3rd line level

Experience and Background:

Minimum 5 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2013, 2015, 2016 or 365.

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 custom development.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM).

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
