Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business process and application requirements, utilizing best practices and industry standards. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration. - Good To Have Skills: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and data model. - Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business process and application requirements. - Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. 15 years of fulltime education qualification
