Job Title: MS Dynamics Techno Functional Location: BangaloreWork Mode:- Work from office Interview Mode- 1st Virtual, 2nd F2F 7+ year relevant experience Techno Functional experience in configuration/customization of the Dynamics Field Service Module. • Experienced with MS Power Apps/ Flows, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Azure DevOps • Develop solutioning that is scalable, efficient, and meets the needs of the business. Design and recommend solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business objectives • Experience in using Connectors like SAP, SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse and Azure. • Able to Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and identify key business processes that will be supported by the new solution. • Functional documentation, As-Is and To-Be process flows, functional testing, test script creation, UAT testing, Implementation plans, Change Management, Business demos - Create user stories or functional documentation, business process flows to support development. • Execute the Project /Service lifecycle of Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems in Agile.Ensure that the solution meets security and compliance requirements. • Execute development and collaborate with other teams to ensure successful integration with other systems. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to technical problems. • Perform and sign off system integration testing (SIT) to ensure E2E testing of apps. • Facilitate execution and UAT Sign off, Knowledge Transfer and Hypercare support. • Good Troubleshooting skills and Experience in working in Azure DevOps
