Role Overview:

We seek a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 25 years hands-on experience in development, customization, and integration of D365 CRM solutions. The role may involve interaction with international clients, requiring some time zone overlap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure D365 CRM (Sales, Service, Field Service).
• Develop using C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Build workflows, Power Automate flows, Azure Functions.
• Integrate with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps.
• Create technical designs, documentation, and deployment guides.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years in D365 CRM development.
• Strong skills in C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, Azure Functions.
• Experience with D365 Sales, Service, Field Service modules.
• Knowledge of integrations (REST APIs, Azure tools) and D365 architecture/security.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Nice to Have:

• D365 Project Operations, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps CI/CD.
