Job Description

Position: Domain Consultant
Work Location: : BANGALORE

Role Overview:

Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

Support & Troubleshooting:

Manage incident and service requests in alignment with SLAs.
Escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.

System Configuration & Maintenance:

Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Project Ops.
Conduct regular system checks, updates, and performance optimizations.

System Enhancements & Improvements:

Assist in designing, testing, and implementing new features and integrations.
Collaborate with technical teams for system customizations.

Version Upgrades & Patches:

Support patching, updates, and new releases with minimal disruption.

Compliance & Security:

Ensure security protocols and compliance standards are upheld.

Essential Skills:

4+ years of experience supporting
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
.
Proficiency in at least one module:
Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Project Operations
.
Strong expertise in
X++ programming
, OOPs, and
Visual Studio
.
Experience in developing and implementing D365 FO customizations.
Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
Familiar with
data migration

report customization

Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
