Job Summary:

Client is looking for Microsoft Copilot AI Developers and this is remote position from India.


Responsibilities:

  • 4-month timeline with 4 developers
  • Two distinct workstreams apart of the delivery:

Talent acquisition automation

  • Copilot agents and workflow automation
  • Automated meeting requests/scheduling
  • Candidate application summaries to hiring managers
  • LinkedIn candidate sourcing

Help desk automation

  • Distribution list modifications
  • Contractor account renewals
  • AI-based automation solutions
  • Microsoft stack focus: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio
  • Iterative deliveries throughout 4 months, not single end delivery


Experience:

  • Hands on/real world Copilot development experience
  • Strong coding experience
  • Copilot Studio experience
  • Strong understanding of Copilot best practices
