Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy & Architecture

    - Design and lead the evolution of business systems architecture, ensuring MS Dynamics Business Central and Salesforce (CRM) is leveraged effectively to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Business-Centric Systems Planning

    - Translate business objectives into scalable system designs and enhancements. Use data-driven insights and business acumen to propose smart, cost-effective solutions.
  • Creative Problem Solving

    - Identify inefficiencies and creatively design solutions that simplify workflows, improve user experience, and add measurable value across business functions.
  • Innovation & Automation Leadership

    - Drive the adoption of AI, low-code/no-code platforms, and automation technologies to modernize legacy processes and create a competitive edge.
  • Vision & Execution

    - See the bigger picture and lead cross-functional teams to execute system initiatives that align with long-term business growth and digital transformation goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    - Act as the key technical advisor to business leaders connecting technical capabilities with business outcomes across the organization. Ensure cohesive integration and synergy between Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce.
  • Governance & Standards

    - Establish and enforce standards for system configuration, data integrity, and change control to ensure stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • User Enablement & Adoption

    - Promote system adoption through intuitive design, user-centric enhancements, and continuous training that empowers business users.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP, including fundamentals of cloud infrastructure and services integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives, balancing business strategy with technical delivery.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical teams and business leaders.
  • Preferred Certifications (one or more):
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
  • Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI certifications
  • Microsoft Azure / AWS Solutions Architect
  • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Lean Six Sigma
