Microsoft Business Central Developer

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer at RSM, you will play a key role in designing and creating extensions for Microsoft D365 Business Central in VS Code. Your deep technical knowledge and skills will enable you to work confidently and ensure the success of yourself, your projects, and your clients. You will work closely with functional consultants to translate user requirements into technical development, develop AI solutions, and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver industry-based solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Design and Development in Microsoft D365 Business Central using AL and Power Platform - Translate user requirements into technical development in collaboration with functional consultants - Develop AI solutions to empower RSM and clients - Demonstrate D365 Business Central capabilities to team members and share knowledge effectively - Master industry vertical solutions created by RSM and extend them as needed - Perform quality assurance testing and validation of solutions - Configure systems and create test data in D365 Business Central - Collaborate with a diverse team encompassing various backgrounds and experience levels **Basic qualifications:** - Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field - 5+ years experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central - 3+ years AL development experience including familiarity with DevOps, Git, and Docker - Ability to perform performance tuning on Microsoft Dynamics NAV - Ability to interface with team members and clients in person and remotely - Experience in consulting environment preferred - Desire to learn, grow, and exceed internal and client expectations **Preferred qualifications:** - Minimum of two Microsoft D365 Business Central/ NAV certifications - Prior experience working in manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, and/or life science industries - 1+ years Power Platform development experience RSM offers a competitive benefits and compensation package, along with flexibility in your schedule to balance work and personal life.
