Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineer with expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and automation . The role involves managing Azure subscriptions, DNS configurations, identity and access management (IAM), security best practices, and DevOps pipelines . You will work closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure a stable, secure, and scalable cloud environment . Responsibilities: Cloud Account Setup & Identity Management: Manage Azure subscription creation and administration. Set up DNS resolver rules and incoming connections to meet routing requirements. Coordinate DNS resolver rule sharing and ensure seamless on-prem DNS lookups . Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls at both organization and account levels . Handle role updates, blob storage permissions , and automation of key rotation policies . Cloud Networking: Design and deploy endpoint service infrastructure for secure client connections. Establish endpoint connections to integrate with external services. Configure connected VPCs, PrivateLink, and ExpressRoute for seamless connectivity. Set up DMZ VPCs, peering, and routing to maintain secure network access . Cloud Security & DevOps Pipelines: Collaborate with Development and Cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to security best practices . Implement security controls aligned with corporate and industry standards . Automate Azure key rotation and ensure compliance with security guidelines. Conduct Terraform code reviews and optimize Infrastructure-as-Code practices. Cloud Storage & Application Environments: Assist development teams in setting up backup and restoration procedures . Manage client environments to meet project and cost optimization requirements . Automate deployment and environment provisioning tasks. Ensure system stability, security, and reliability . Define and validate disaster recovery configurations and procedures . Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud . Strong expertise in Azure Infrastructure (not just Azure development). Experience in DNS, IAM, Terraform, networking, and application deployment . Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform . Solid Linux/Windows administration knowledge. Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git). Excellent scripting and automation skills. Deep understanding of scalability, security, and reliability in cloud environments. Nice to Have: Experience in .NET development .
