The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior role that involves establishing and implementing new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. Your main goal will be to lead activities related to applications systems analysis and programming. As a Technology Lead Analyst, you will collaborate with various management teams to ensure seamless integration of functions to achieve goals. You will also be responsible for identifying necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements. In this role, you will tackle high impact issues and projects by conducting thorough evaluations of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Your expertise in applications programming will be crucial as you ensure that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. You will leverage your advanced knowledge of system flow to establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards. Additionally, you will develop a deep understanding of how different business areas integrate to accomplish business objectives. You will be expected to provide insightful analysis and innovative solutions by interpreting issues with critical thinking. As a mentor, you will guide mid-level developers and analysts by allocating work effectively. Furthermore, you will evaluate risks when making business decisions to uphold the firm's reputation and comply with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate for this role should have 6-10 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles. Extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming is required, along with a track record of successfully managing and implementing projects. Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development is advantageous. You should possess strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Education-wise, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary, with a preference for a Master's degree.
