We are Hiring Area Sales Manager for a leading microhousing company based in several locations like Agra, Lucknow . Candidates with minimum 10 years of experience in Housing Finance can apply. Job title: Cluster Sales Manager Microhousing Business Location: Agra, Lucknow CTC: up to 10 LPA Experience: 10+ Years Qualification: Graduation Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage sales across the assigned microhousing cluster to meet revenue, disbursement, and profitability targets. Create and execute region-specific sales strategies, aligned with corporate goals. Team Management & Development Oversee and mentor Area/Branch Sales Managers, defining clear targets and accountability frameworks. Recruit, train, and coach talent; foster high-performance culture within a multi-branch environment. Business Growth & Portfolio Oversight Drive new customer acquisition and deepening of the microhousing loan portfolio. Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance KPIs to proactively adjust strategies. Financial & Compliance Management Ownership of cluster P&L, monitoring cost controls, portfolio quality, asset performance, delinquency, and audit compliance. Ensure strict adherence to internal risk guidelines, regulatory norms, and credit policies. Stakeholder & Customer Relations Maintain partnerships with builders, developers, banking correspondents, and regulatory bodies. Serve as key escalation point for client queries and major operational issues. Reporting & Coordination Deliver timely MIS reports and business reviews to senior leadership detailing cluster performance, challenges, and recovery plans. Collaborate across functionsMarketing, Credit, Operations, Legalto align efforts and resolve issues. Experience: 10-15 years in microhousing or micro-lending finance, with at least 5 years managing branch sales. Track Record: Proven ability to build teams, achieve clusters disbursement and revenue targets, and manage large portfolios.
