Company:

Role Overview

The Production Microbiology Executive will support biologics manufacturing by performing microbiological activities, ensuring aseptic conditions, and maintaining compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform
media preparation
, sterilization, and growth promotion tests
Handle
aseptic operations
in cleanroom environments
Conduct
environmental monitoring
(air, surface, water sampling)
Perform
bioburden and microbial limit testing
Support
production activities
related to microbiology
Maintain
GMP documentation
, logbooks, and batch records
Follow
SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene practices
Assist in
area cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection
Coordinate with
Production, QA, and QC teams
Report deviations and support investigations when required

Required Skills & Knowledge

Basics of
Microbiology laboratory techniques
Knowledge of
GMP / GLP / GDP
Familiarity with equipment like
LAF, autoclave, incubator
Understanding of
aseptic techniques and contamination control
