It is crucial to ensure that all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and in optimal working condition. Your role will involve assisting in positioning and draping patients for surgery while strictly following aseptic techniques. During surgeries, you will provide direct support to surgeons and nurses during cardiac procedures by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures.
